2025 Annual Team Powerlifting Derby
Below is a breakdown of how points are earned and those teams rewarded at years end. The 2025 team derby is under way! Beginning with World Powerlifting Games 2024 and concludes after the final event prior to World Powerelifting Games of 2025. So, the team annual winner as well the 2nd and 3rd place runner-ups will be announced at World Powerlifting Games 2025! Current team standings are listed below.
Points of Note:
>Team's must be present and entered in the World Powerlifting Games to claim one of the top 3 spots! Any team finishing in 1st, 2nd or 3rd who are not present forfeits their winnings to the next team in the standings who is entered in World Games 2025!!
>In order for team points to count teams must submit their team roster and fee within one week (seven days) of the event date.
How are team points awarded and accumulated (by meet and year)

Highest individual finishes in each meet (point spread: 1st-7 pt., 2nd-5 pt., 3rd-3 pt., 4th-2 pt. & 5th-1 pt.)

First time 365 SWPF competitors, females, teens and youth lifters earn additional points

Athletes that "crossover" into more than one division

Bonus Points

Additional points are awarded when a lifter breaks a federation World Record (in any "Tested" or "Untested" Division

Additional points are awarded when a lifter achieves an Elite lift(s) and/or total
-
Additional points are awarded when a lifter earns "Best Lifter" or "Best Bench" at any meet

Additional points are awarded when your team comes in 1st at a 365 SWPF meet

Additional points are awarded per meet for the Team Champion and Team Runner-up

Additional bonus points are awarded for all teams entered in National and/or International events (Point Breakdown: 1st place-7, 2nd place-5, 3rd place-3, 4th place-2 and 5th place-1)
