365 Strong World Powerlifting Federation, aka and hereafter referred to as 365 SWPF, operates the following website: 365strong.org.

It is 365 SWPF’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our website.

 

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Certain visitors to 365 SWPF’s website choose to interact with 365 SWPF in ways that require 365 SWPF to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that 365 SWPF gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we may ask visitors to provide a username and email address. Those who engage in transactions with 365 SWPF – by purchasing advertising, for example – are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process those transactions. 365 SWPF may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. For instance, 365 SWPF may monitor the service to help identify function and useability. 365 SWPF may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, 365 SWPF does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.

Comments and other content submitted to our staff are not saved on our servers unless they are actively being used or investigated, in which case we store them long enough to use them to improve our service to avoid future issues.
